Meet our 2020 Executive Officers

ABBY BECKMAN

Chief Executive Officer

In the role of Chief Executive Officer, I sit on every committee and have the privilege to work with every officer to ensure the chapter is functioning and productive in every aspect. I look up to every single Theta sister and I have grown so much in this chapter. I cannot wait to serve and grow in this position!

ALLISON WELZ

Chief Operating Officer

As COO I head our Membership Development Committee and co-lead the Risk Prevention Team. MDC is involved in chapter morale and holding members accountable while RPT focuses on monitoring social events and keeping sisters safe. KAO has helped me grow in all areas of my life and I can’t wait to continue to be inspired by the women around me!

MACIE MCCARTHY

Chief Administrative Officer

As CAO, I work with members to help them understand the attendance and points policies. I create point systems and determine how many points specific events will be. I also perform administrative duties for the chapter pertaining to bylaws and officer elections.

ABBY WILD

Chief Financial Officer

As CFO I supervise all financial operations of the Gamma Chapter including the payment of bills, collection of dues, and submission of philanthropic funds. The women of KAO push and inspire me to chase after my fullest potential. I am so excited to see where this position takes me!

KATIE THOMPSON

Chief Panhellenic Officer

As CPO, I act as a liaison between our house and the other campus Panhellenic sororities. My job includes planning events with other houses on campus and ensuring that our chapter supports and participates with all of the great chapters here. Ultimately, I serve to encourage our house to engage with the entire Greek community here at Butler!

MADELINE RICHEY

Chief Learning Officer

Hi! My name is Madeline Richey and I am the Chief Learning Officer (CLO) for the Gamma chapter, which means I am responsible for all things educational! Through my position, I have the opportunity to plan Big/Little reveal, a sisterhood retreat, various educational programs throughout the year, and Bid Day for the chapter. I am so excited to interact with all of the members and allow my creativity to fly!

MEGAN LILLY

Chief Recruiting Officer

Hi! My name is Megan Lilly and I'm the CRO! As the Chief Recruitment Officer, my main job is to plan and execute recruitment for our chapter. My biggest goal throughout my term is to foster positivity and authenticity about recruitment both within our own house and to the potential new members. I want to make our 2021 recruitment one of the best we have ever had, and I am so excited to showcase all that Theta has to offer to our prospective sisters!

Chief External Affairs Officer

As CEAO I oversee our chapter’s philanthropies, online media, and marketing efforts. I am grateful to serve the chapter that has supported me so much and proud to be a Gamma Theta!
