Why Go Greek?

​Butler University Greek life is really something special. All houses support each other and help each other grow. You do not lose your friendships from before you were in a house, they only grow stronger. Often, different sororities and fraternities put on events together to help raise money for their philanthropies. We will even have small get togethers with other sororities and fraternities just to bond! Greek life gives you new friendships, academic and career opportunities, and a lifetime of great memories.

You will find sisters who will help you study, sisters who will listen to you when you're upset, and sisters who will congratulate you when you succeed. These sisters will always have your back no matter what. 

• Personal Excellence- Theta allows you to become the truest and happiest version of yourself. We have pride in having sisters with many different strengths and interests. 

• Philanthropy and Service- Do you want to make a difference in the world and within your own community? Here at Theta we love fundraising for CASA and participating in other service events. Not only do we get to support our own philanthropy, but we love to go to other Sorority and Fraternity philanthropy events.
