I came to Butler with the mindset that I would not go through sorority recruitment. To say that I almost made one of the worst decisions is a complete understatement. From my 3 years in Theta I have learned, cared, and laughed more than I ever could’ve imagined. Theta has provided me with more than I thought possible in such a short amount of time, and I can only hope that I have been able to make half as big of an impact on the house that it has made on me.

 

Through Theta I have met people that I would’ve never met and those strangers turned into some of my best friends. The memories and friendships that I have made during my time in Theta are ones that I will forever cherish. The best three years of my life have been spent being a member of this sorority and meeting the outgoing, courageous, fun-loving and leading women who motivate me in everything that I do. I knew my life would change when I received my bid on January 10, 2016, but I had no idea this much was possible. I’m thankful everyday that this house chose me as one of its members.
